Aluminum PCB

Aluminum PCB is a unique metal-based copper clad laminate with good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation properties and machinability. The aluminum PCB is composed of a circuit layer, a thermally conductive insulating layer and a metal base layer. In general, the circuit layer is required to have a large current carrying capacity, so that a thick copper foil should be used. The thermal conductive insulation layer of aluminum PCB is composed of a special polymer filled with special ceramics. The thermal resistance is small, the viscoelasticity is excellent, and the ability to resist heat aging can withstand mechanical and thermal stress.
